Just as I joined the Installations Team in June 2008, it was moving to Burton on Trent - which was a very exciting time. It's been that way since too, with new systems and an ever busy workload. Even my job's changed, which is great as you always feel you're part of a growing business. I find the work rewarding, helping make sure our customers get the very best service and equipment, on time and within budget. You can sometimes hear the relief and joy when we've done our work! It's a great company to work for because they really do look after their people. I'm enjoying my time here and am proud to say I work for npower.

I've been part of the npower team for over a year and have now progressed from an agent to the position of Call Centre Senior. Although I enjoyed being an agent very much - every call's different and you never quite know what to expect - I find the challenges I'm now facing really keep me on my toes! Looking after and supporting a team is something I really enjoy. Everyone here seems to have a happy and friendly attitude and is always keen to help. Overall, I'd say my work is always changing and my job never fails to interest me. I'm looking forward to what the future brings!
