Call Centre Advisers

Providing a polite, friendly and personal service, our hometeam call centre advisers answer inbound calls from customers and engineers, and make outbound calls to help sell our products. It's busy work, in a target driven environment, which can get pressured at peak times. But if you're able to help us meet service agreements, you'll get a buzz from the work and the rewards and incentives - not to mention an excellent salary and benefits. As well as either call centre or retail experience, you'll need excellent customer service skills.

Resource Planner - Operations

Resource Planners oversee our Engineer's automatic scheduler to check they have plenty of work and their appointments are geographically sound. This ensures the most efficient service for our customers. You'll also provide important support to our Field Managers, who are responsible for work planning and managing resources. Resource Assistant (EDI Team)

Managing incoming jobs from external clients, you'll be making sure that we meet challenging targets and provide the best quality of service to our customers. You'll also provide important support to our Team Managers, who are responsible for efficiently deploying work. In return, you'll enjoy an excellent salary and benefits.

Advisor (Resource Assistant - Parts Team)

Responsible for ordering and tracking goods and services for all Service and Repair Engineers, you'll work closely with suppliers, schedulers and customers at all levels. You'll play a major role in obtaining goods within agreed timescales, to make sure we provide an excellent service to our customers, and meet challenging targets. Planner - Sales Validation

Working to challenging targets, you'll be responsible for managing boiler installation jobs and making sure we provide the highest quality of service. With your knowledge of costings, viability and the parts needed to complete each job, you'll provide crucial support to the Finance and Sales Teams.
