As one of the UK's largest suppliers of electricity and gas, we look after a lot of customers. That's why our Contact Centres are so important to our business, helping us make sure that we're giving every single one the service they deserve. It's our job to help them in whatever way we can, from answering billing queries to advising on ways to become more energy efficient.

Because we offer so many services, we have different types of Contact Centre, in three different parts of the country. Our 5 Contact Centres in the North East provide excellent customer service to our residential customers, handling inbound calls from individuals that need our help. The Centre in Hull provides services specifically for our business customers, offering specialist support to the many organisations that rely on our power for their energy. In Burton, our hometeams Contact Centre deals exclusively with customers who need repairs or installations, making sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently for them.
