As one of the UK's largest suppliers of electricity and gas, we look after a lot of customers. That's why our Contact Centres are so important to our business, helping us make sure that we're giving every single one the service they deserve. It's our job to help them in whatever way we can, dealing with lots of different types of people and handling all sorts of concerns and queries. Working in one of our Contact Centres you will give advice to customers about their energy accounts as well as promoting the benefits to the customer of having both their gas and electricity with npower. On a daily basis you will help our customers to save money, work with many different departments to resolve queries effectively and aim for a first contact resolution on each call.
