Spending each day on the 'phone to customers, you'll need to be enthusiastic and motivated, with excellent communication skills and a dedication to customer care. You'll also need the confidence to provide expert advice and technical information on a variety of topics, as well as basic IT skills to help you keep customer records up-to-date.
We're an ambitious organisation, which encourages and rewards both individuals and teams who achieve great things. We'll give you all the help and support you need to do it. As well as full time initial training, you'll be supported by your Team Manager and the rest of your team (of approximately 12 Advisers), and participate in team meetings, buzz sessions and coaching sessions.
