Customer Service Advisers

Spending the majority of your time talking to npower customers about their energy accounts, this would include dealing with billing enquiries, giving customers advice regarding payment plans, direct debits, energy efficiency and lots more. You're required to positively promote additional npower products and services, helping our customers save money and energy. You will also need to reach a sales target for cross selling and up selling npower products and services with a reward of commission in addition to your salary. This can be achieved if a customer decides to take both gas and electricity with npower and pay by monthly direct debit.

Salary: £14,613 (which includes an unsociable shift allowance). Your salary has the potential to rise to £16,658 dependant on your overall performance on the role.

Working Hours: Full and Part Time available.
