Customer Services (Administration)
Making sure that every single one of our customers gets the service they deserve is a big challenge. While our Contact Centres are in the front-line of this work, there's also a huge amount going on behind the scenes to make sure we're able to meet our customers' requests. That's where our Customer Services teams come in. With a range of different specialities, they make sure we can provide a comprehensive administrative service for all our customers’ needs - from creating new accounts to producing bills.
Teams based in Hull work specifically on behalf of small and medium scale business customers, whilst our teams in the North East of England and the Midlands (Stoke and Oldbury) also deal with administrative requirements for our residential customers.
