Business Development - constantly developing the range of products & services we offer our residential and business customers; which help them 'monitor & measure' their energy usage, offer 'advice & design' on improvements in energy efficiency, 'implement solutions' that improve energy management and reduce carbon/costs, ensure the effective 'performance management' of the interventions made. Also responsible for a nationwide programme of energy efficiency within residential homes and across communities. Smart Metering is also managed within Energy Services.
