Energy Services
As one of the UK's largest gas and electricity suppliers, we supply energy to millions of houses and business customers around the country - and Energy Services helps customers make the most of it. Offering a friendly, efficient service to our customers, we're there to make sure npower products work as they should, whether that's over the telephone or face-to-face in their homes. In short, we put our energy into making sure our customers can use theirs the way they want to. Energy Services consists of several key areas including:
- npower hometeam - offers boiler installation and gas central heating systems to domestic customers as well as servicing and repairs.
- MeterPlus - reading, installing and repairing meters as well as undertaking Revenue Protection and Recovery activities.
- Business Development - responsible for the development and growth of a wide range of energy services and products for both residential and business customers. They are also responsible for a nationwide programme of energy efficiency within residential homes and across communities.
- npower hometeam/Superior Plumbing Installations - offers boiler installation and gas central heating systems to domestic customers as well as servicing and repairs.
