Who are we looking for?

Training and development
Although your training will depend on your role within hometeam, we'll be just as committed to your development as with everyone else. Everyone benefits from monthly one-to-ones with their manager, and personal development reviews where you can monitor your performance against set targets and personal goals, as well as spot opportunities to progress within the company. And due to the nature of our work, if any new regulations come out, we'll give you all the training you need to get to grips with it.
- Home Energy Consultants
You'll be given a 2 week induction which will cover both general sales training and an introduction to the products and services that hometeam offers.
- Installation Technicians, Installation Engineers, Installation Assistants and Service and Repair Engineers
You'll be given training from boiler manufacturers and in Health & Safety.
The recruitment process
As with our entry requirements, the recruitment process you'll go through will depend on the type of job you're applying for.
- Installation Technicians, Installation Engineers, Installation Assistants, Service and Repair Engineers and Home Energy Consultants
Following an initial telephone pre-screen, you'll be invited to an assessment centre where you'll complete a theory paper and practical test. You'll also be invited to an interview. If you are successful, you'll then be made an offer of employment.
