At MeterPlus, we don't just provide metering services for npower customers - but to those of other utility service providers in the gas and electricity industries too. It's customer service on a massive scale - every year our people make 22 million meter reading visits; install, repair or change 600,000 meters and walk or drive 15 million miles. And as our name suggests, we offer more than just meter reading, installation and repair - including a range of Revenue Protection and Recovery activities, for example when customers have failed to pay their bill or are suspected of tampering with their meters. And we even have our own small contact centre to help our customers, whether they are energy consumers or suppliers.
