Our streamlined approach to change management enables npower to deliver effective change right across the Retail business - helping us to stay ahead of the competition. npower's dedicated change professionals make a significant difference to our ability to adapt and develop, by engaging everyone in the Retail business with key changes. They work in teams, covering all aspects of change - from change design, planning and implementation to data management and business resilience. Together, they form the Change Job Family. Taking a “community” approach allows us to understand and develop the Retail organisation, as well as understanding relationships in the context of the whole business. Everyone learns from one another by sharing ideas and capitalising on opportunities to work in different parts of the business - which also enables people to build personal opportunities to develop and progress their careers. To aid this approach, each function across the Retail Organisation has a Head of Development, whose teams work closely with Change Management to specify, develop and own change initiatives in their area to ensure there is a consistent approach across the business.
