From Strategy to Financial Accounting, there's a range of work you can do with our Finance team. But wherever you're working, you'll feel the benefit of our forward-thinking culture and dynamic, friendly environment.

You could come and work in any of the following teams:

Strategy

Responsible for the development, implementation and management of the company's strategic planning process, we operate across all business divisions to ensure there's alignment and understanding of the strategic objectives.

Accounting and Reporting

It's our job through management reporting to provide the business with the information that enables it to operate in an effective and efficient manner, judge the performance of individual business areas, and make the most appropriate commercial decisions based on it. We're responsible for monitoring performance, providing appropriate commentary and analysis of financial results to the Senior Management team. We also answer group requests for financial and non-financial information, as well as providing appropriate financial ledger control over balance sheet issues.

Controlling and Planning

Our team plays a key part in building business plans that are aligned to the company's strategic goals. In addition, we provide governance in IBM (Integrated Business Management) and financial reporting, as well as commentary and analysis of financial results for profit & loss and cash & debt into Central Finance and within the business.

Governance

Our team's responsible for the maintenance of processes, systems and controls around the production of financial results and the decision making and approval activities in the business. We co-ordinate and facilitate the Investment Management process, and determine the applicability of Accounting Standards to Retail activities (both existing and new). We also co-ordinate and define an Enterprise Wide Risk Reporting framework, to allow the review, consolidation and communicating of financial and other risk for the business.
