The Roles
From planning to delivery, there's a range of work you can do within our Marketing team. Wherever you work, you'll be part of an innovative, exciting team working on a wide range of activities - no two days will be the same.
You could join any of the following teams:
- Propositions. We're responsible for developing propositions to help with both the acquisition and retention of npower customers, in both residential and business markets. From developing appealing commercial affinities to creating opportunities to up-sell throughout the customer journey, our role is crucial to helping the business stay competitive in a challenging market. This team covers Proposition Development, Customer Journey and Affinities. Roles include Customer Journey Manager, SME Proposition Executive and Relationship Manager.
- Customer Insight & Planning. Responsible for all of npower's marketing data, we drive its use and quality throughout the business and report on the performance of customer segments and products. We also develop value-led sales and marketing strategies, which help npower acquire and retain customers. Our teams include Marketing Data Solutions, Marketing Planning, and Insight. Roles within this team include Competitor Intelligence Analyst, Senior Database Developer, Marketing Planner and Market Research Manager.
- Campaign Management. One of the biggest teams within Marketing, we cover areas such as Brand Communications, Campaign Planning, Campaign Delivery, Online Marketing and Logistics. Our primary job is to make both existing and potential customers more aware of the npower brand. We achieve this through effective campaigns - whether it‘s a brand building campaign on TV or a DM campaign for one of our business areas, we turn effective strategies into real campaigns and fulfil them through a range of media. Roles within this team include PR Planning Manager, Brand Executive, Advertising Manager, Senior Campaign Executive and Senior Creative Designer.
