The energy industry is fast moving, and highly competitive. It's our job to make sure we're consistently acquiring new customers for gas, electricity and any other products we offer, whilst also making sure that we keep our existing customers happy. We do that through responsible and professional selling. Working closely with our Marketing team, our Retail Markets (Sales) teams put new propositions and incentives into practice by directly contacting customers to help generate business.
