npower Retail
npower Retail supplies electricity and gas to over 6.6 million UK homes and businesses. They are also the creator of the powerful npower brand, the famous npower orbs and sports sponsorships, such as the English Cricket Test Matches.
This division is split into a number of areas:
Residential – Sales and Marketing into the Residential Sector.
Business – Sales and Marketing, along with energy solutions into the commercial and industrial market.
Operations – Support and services to residential and business customers, plus data aggregation and analysis services.
MeterPlus – a sub-division of Operations, providing meter reading services, including meter reading, meter installations/repairs and debt collection/revenue protection to npower and other utility service providers in the gas and electricity industries. The main area of operation is the North of England and East Midlands.
