We serve around 6.5 million households and businesses across the UK. Making sure that every single one of our customers gets the service they deserve is a big challenge. While our Contact Centres are in the front-line of this work, there's also a huge amount going on behind the scenes to make sure we're able to meet our customers' needs. That's where our Customer Services teams come in. With a range of different specialities, they make sure we can provide a comprehensive administrative service for all our customers - from creating new accounts to handling enquiries and producing bills.
