Energy is the lifeblood of modern society. Nothing works unless we get energy right, yet most people see their relationship with their energy provider as a burden rather than an opportunity. How can npower use existing and emerging technologies to initiate a positive change and turn this relationship on its head?
2013 is the seventh year that the RWE npower Energy Challenge has taken place. The competition has been held in high regard by the senior managers of the company since its inception.
This year the competition has changed; there are now two categories and each category will have a winner with a prize fund of £5,000 and the opportunity of an internship:
Open to students studying in the UK the teams had to develop a solution to the question above, presenting their thoughts through a series of selection stages culminating in the final which will be held at the wonderful Royal Institute, in London next week.
