""Talk to most graduates and they will say their entry into their company was through an assessment centre or an internship. My journey to joining RWE npower was a little unorthodox… it involved huskies, the Arctic Circle and a trip that I will look back on with the fondest of memories for the rest of my life.

I love my job and I get genuinely excited to go to the office every day. And that’s the message that I want to pass on to potential future entrants. Sure the prize to Brazil will be incredible, and it will feel like you are walking into a David Attenborough documentary, but the real prize for me was the sheer number of opportunities that came after. I suspect there will be very few graduates who work for a company that treat them as an individual and not a number. Future Leaders is about a graduate employer getting to know the real you, what you are interested and what you want to do as a career. It has allowed me to do my dream job.
