RWE npower operates in a challenging market, where delivering best-in-class customer service, at lowest cost, lies at the heart of what we do.  Our success, therefore, depends on our efficiency in delivering the services expected by our customers.

Graduates who apply to join the Customer Services scheme will work across our diverse service organisation, in operational and customer-facing roles, ensuring continuous improvement and development of processes and relationships, leading to enhanced brand reputation and, ultimately, maximised profitability.

Recently we have invested £200 million in transforming our customer operations business, through the Atlas programme.  This programme sees us move our domestic customers onto SAP and also sees improvements in our processes and your ability to service our customer base.

As a Customer Services graduates, you’ll be working amongst our 6,000 employees, who combine to serve our customer base of, approximately, 6 million.  For example, you may be managing a team in one of our contact centres or developing a bespoke project plan for a large commercial customer, such as Sainsbury’s or M&S.  Either way, you will operate in a dynamic and exciting environment, developing and implementing solutions to business challenges.
