As a graduate working within this vital function, you will need to deliver to a high standard, in a variety of teams, serving the specific needs of (predominantly) internal customers. RWE npower employs over 11,500 people across more than 50 sites in the UK. You may find yourself providing day-to-day transactional HR services to a major call centre, working in a specialist team such as Resourcing or Rewards & Benefits, or perhaps contributing to a company-wide project, such as our current SAP implementation. This scheme will give you a wide-ranging view of professional Human Resources - the number of diverse areas that exist is something you probably won't appreciate until you join us.
You'll be fully supported (financially and professionally) to achieve a professional qualification with the CIPD.
