RWE IT UK provides all software and IT services for RWE npower and RWE Innogy, making sure that they have the IT capabilities they need to support business strategies and objectives.

We know that graduates on our scheme add significant benefit to the business, not just by providing extra resource, but by being quick to learn, enthusiastic, willing to volunteer and by producing high-quality results.
In return, we ensure that all our graduates work in an environment where manager of all levels are on hand to advise; to help with technical development and act as mentors.

The RWE IT UK graduate scheme is rotational and aims to develop talents for different areas of our internal IT organisation.  To make sure you’re on the career path that’s right for you, our scheme enables you to try out different roles and departments.

From day one, we’ll give you a say in how you want you career to develop.  You’ll gain valuable work experience, follow a planned development scheme and get involved in activities that might surprise you.

You’ll be fully supported and we will ensure that you are comfortable in your placement. Whichever part of the business you work in, you’ll be building relationships across an international team, as well as keeping in contact with the IT Graduate Manager, to agree objectives along the way.

We are currently implementing SAP within a number of business areas and, if you join the RWE IT UK graduate scheme, you could play an important role in this.
