Information Systems (IS) is responsible for overseeing and governing IT within RWE npower and is split into 4 teams as follows:
IS Controlling who are responsible for governing and forecasting the IT portfolio and service charge expenditure.
IS Governance liaise with the business performance units and functions to ensure that IT requirements are captured and delivered by our IT supplier according to the agreed planned expenditure.
IS Strategy is responsible for defining the IT strategy and to ensure any investment will support the overall business strategy.
IS Security govern all aspects of information security to ensure that there are adequate controls relating to business data by completing risk assessments and ensuring agreed group security policy is adhered to.
