Working as an integral part of the Change Delivery team, you’ll be responsible for the resource planning and reporting across the entire portfolio. Working with Programme Managers and Key Stakeholders you will drive the effective use and performance of all resources to ensure we deliver our goals relating to the management of the investment plan.
An effective communicator, we’ll look to you to work collaboratively with managers
to ensure we continue to develop our skills base and up-skill as necessary. Willing to challenge and be challenged, you will also act as a central point of contact for requests and recruitment activity
You’ll manage the pipeline of work to assess short, medium, and long-term strategic requirements, and present your findings to senior stakeholders from the business. Therefore, excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills and a good understanding of project management methodologies would be a distinct advantage. Strong on project, resource, and stakeholder management, you will bring the analytical bent, team working skills, and focus to ensure we get the right results every time.
