We have opportunities for a number of vacancies for the role of Team Manager within our Service Centres. The role would be based in one of our Service Centres across the North East. Your role will be to ensure your team continues to receive the required support, management and development to ensure department and business objectives are achieved. You will be expected to demonstrate outstanding people management skills including coaching, development and performance management to support delivering excellent customer service.

Shifts

Typical Full time shift patterns within npower are:

A. Working Tuesday to Saturday:

- 4 days x 8 hours 45 minutes, normally starting at 11.15am and finishing at 8pm.

- 1 day x 4 hours (The times of these 4 hours will vary)

Sunday and Monday are rota days off. You work every Saturday and this could be a long or short day.

B. Working Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday's:

- 4 days x 8 hours and 45 minutes, normally starting at either 8am, 10am or 11.15am and finishing at 8pm on latest

shift start time.

- 1 day x 4 hours (The times of these 4 hours will vary)

When working on Saturday this could be a long or short day day and you will be given a rota day off during the week.

C. Working Monday to Friday 12pm to 8pm with 1 in 3 Saturday's. When working a Saturday you will be given a rota day off during the week

Salary

Starting salary is £20,204pa with the potential to rise to £22,164pa. If you are working until 8pm you will also be entitled to £1225pa unsociable hours allowance.
