Telesales Advisor

Salary - Basic £14,693 plus uncapped commission and generous benefits

Join our Outbound Telesales team, part of one of the UK’s top energy suppliers. You will be joining a dynamic, professional and fun team.

Your role will involve making calls to existing customers who are in the process of leaving npower as well as potential customers who have expressed an interest in us giving them a call. Using features and benefits of npower products along with excellent sales skills, your aim will be to convince leaving customers to return to us and potential customers to join us for their energy supply.

It’s important that, in addition to sales experience, you have a proven ability to work to targets and deadlines and have strong planning and organisational skills. You will also have the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.

We are looking for self motivated, target driven, team players who have passion, drive and enthusiasm. Life experience is a positive advantage!
