About Atlas

Over 3 years, Atlas will transform the way we operate. Atlas will focus on delivering a new capability for our residential customers but, as the design will encompass all our customers and processes, it could eventually be even more far reaching. 

Atlas is a fundamental change that will deliver first time the ever increasing service expectations of our customers, hence deepening and broadening our customer relationships and offer them a wider choice of contact channels. To achieve this step change we need to assess the way we work, identify improvements that can be made to our processes, organisation and culture, and prepare everyone for new ways of working.

Which is where you’ll come in. While we already have many of the technical skills needed to bring about this radical change what we need now are people with the right business abilities to ensure Atlas meets and exceeds our expectations.
