Metering Services
npower MeterPlus is most active in the North of England and East Midlands, providing a range of metering services, including meter reading, meter installations/repairs and debt collection/revenue protection to npower and other utility service providers in the gas and electricity industries. The head office is in Leeds and there are approximately 30 depots throughout the region.
To give you some idea of the scale, MeterPlus staff undertake 22 million meter reading visits, install, repair or change 600,000 meters and walk or drive 15 million miles every year.
We also provide revenue recovery services where customers have failed to pay their bill or are suspected of tampering with meters; and we have a small contact centre to help the energy suppliers and consumers who are our customers.
