Finance & Accountancy - we recruit individuals with backgrounds in Finance, Audit, Treasury, Tax and Risk who can help us to drive corporate development, manage the financial risks of our business and provide solid financial planning.
Corporate Communications - Internal & External - with responsibility for promoting the RWE npower vision to shareholders, employees, the media, Government and the public, this department recruits those with a background in Marketing, Communications and Public Relations.
Corporate Services - with responsibility for a range of services, including Secretariat, Legal and Risk Management, these departments recruit individuals with professionally qualified backgrounds, along with solid commercial experience in the areas of commercial and company law, and corporate governance. Corporate Services also support our business with IT strategy and business process methodology and are the link with our sister company RWE Systems. This small team hosts a range of specialists, supporting projects and processes as well as demand and relationship management in the field of IT.
Human Resources - we recruit individuals with experience in this field into generalist and senior HR business partner roles. Expertise is also recruited from backgrounds in reward, talent management, graduate management and recruitment, industrial relations and HR policy development, pensions, health and safety and occupational health. Our HR Service Centre, based in Swindon, also recruits general administration skills.
Project Management & Consenting - our Project Managers are responsible for implementing new projects as well as further developing project options, while our Environmental Consents Specialists carry out a range of work to assess environmental impact and risk.
Generation & Renewables Commercial Team - this encompasses a range of Analyst, Asset Management and Finance positions, which are responsible for the strategy, commercial management and optimisation of our thermal power plant portfolio.
