Our team is split into several different areas covering:
- Product Management - the management of specific products or services to increase profit from current and potential markets.
- Home Energy Services - the green and energy efficiency product portfolio.
- National Sales - the face and personality of the npower brand, when in contact with the customer. Generating value through professional and responsible selling.
- Business-to-Business Sales - account management for our smaller business customers and helping our larger customer to efficiently manage the use of their electricity.
- Propositions & Retention - developing new propositions that attract the right customers, along with strategies for retaining and increasing the loyalty of existing customers.
- Campaign Management - managing end-to-end campaigns, which could be online, direct marketing, press or radio.
- Brand Communications - bringing the npower brand to life.
- Data & Marketing Strategy, Intelligence and Segmentation - providing guidance, direction and analytical support.
- E-commerce and Communications - developing alternative strategies for keeping in touch with our customers.
