Dealing with all aspects of Residential or Business customers, work includes customer services, cash operations, billing and collections and meter enquiries.
This service is supported by almost 6,000 employees, based primarily at the following sites: Peterlee, Thornaby, Team Valley, Stoke, Oldbury, Hull and Solihull.
