Can you put our customers’ needs first, every time?

Are you a focused, driven individual? Do you listen and learn, as well as talk to everyone you speak to? Would you like a basic salary of £15-16k with an OTE of £21k? Then it could be time for you to join npower’s fabulous Energy Telesales team.

You’ll join a dynamic, professional and fun bunch of people. Your role will involve making calls to potential customers, talking to them about npower and finding out how we can best meet their needs in terms of supplying their energy.

What are we looking for? Experience working to targets and deadlines, with strong planning and organisational skills. You’ll also be a natural communicator, able to negotiate effectively; you’ll be self-motivated, target-driven, passionate and enthusiastic at all times.
