Finance Graduate Programme

Our three-year Finance scheme will place you right at the heart of our business, influencing financial decisions and driving real value, both for npower and our customers.

With exposure to different teams and business areas, you could find yourself analysing the net margin impact of a new customer product or managing the finances of a multi-million pound capital investment. Alternatively, you could be producing financial data or reporting and deciding on investment options. Whatever you do, you’ll be given a real role with the opportunity to help drive business performance.

We’ll round all of this off by sponsoring you towards a CIMA professional qualification. So when you finish the scheme, you’ll be equipped with all the knowledge and expertise to become a well-rounded finance professional.

Our industry is undertaking fundamental changes embracing new technologies and new thinking to deliver better consumer interaction and a low-carbon future. npower is redesigning itself accordingly and is making good progress - but we need your help. Do you have what it takes to work in this changing environment? We want YOU to be the difference for our company and play a vital role in our fight to become the country’s most agile energy supplier. The experience you’ll gain in this fast paced business will give you huge opportunities for career development.
