Our Office

Our Solihull office is one of our largest, with over 1,300 employees based here. It benefits from our new ‘Agile Working’ approach and also one of our largest car sharing schemes. It boasts an on-site restaurant and there is access to a contemplation room and a number of quiet study rooms for your convenience. Our offices are highly modern and have a secure multi-story carpark for employee use. Our offices even have solar panels to generate electricity, with any unused being sent back to the Grid.

Voted in 2013 as the best place to live in the UK, Solihull’s residents enjoy some of the highest incomes and employment rates in the country. Solihull’s train station is just a few minutes’ walk from the office and Birmingham Airport (and train station) are a short drive away. The station provides access to Birmingham, London, Manchester and many other destinations.

We offer a corporate discount at the Tudor Grange Leisure Centre gym – less than 10 minutes’ walk. Our office is also within walking distance of Solihull’s town centre and Touchwood – Solihull’s shopping centre with a number of restaurants, bars and a cinema.

Our Operations

The Solihull office is home to our Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resources (HR), Commercial and Risk departments. We recruit for a wide range of roles here, from Accountants, Commercial and Business Analysts, and Customer Experience Managers to Marketing and Digital Executives.
